- The Supreme Court includes:
- a Judiciary section;
- an Administrative section;
- an Accounts section.
An organic law fixes its organization, the rules of its functioning as well as the procedure followed before it.
The Supreme Court is presided over by a Magistrate of the Judiciary appointed by the President of the Republic on the proposal of the Superior Council of Magistracy.
The President of the Supreme Court is assisted by a Vice-President appointed under the same conditions.
