Take a brinjal and cut it into round shape. Take small amount of turmeric powder and salt as needed. Mix them well. Now take a heavy bottom frying pan and add 1 TBS cooking oil and heat. After enough heating add brinjal and fry them until brown. Now your favourite brinjal fry recipe is ready to eat. Serve it with rice, roti,partha or your choice.
